Megan + John: Presidio Park and Embarcadero Park, San Diego
We’re so happy to share our final engagement shoot of the year, starring Megan and John! How cute are they?! We had a lot of fun, beginning our shoot at the lovely Presidio Park, and concluding at just in time to watch the sun set at the Embarcadero. Megan and John are one of the sweetest couples we’ve had the pleasure of working with, and can’t wait for their wedding in July! Enjoy and Happy Holidays!!
Debon + Ryan: University Heights Overlook and Harbor Drive Pedestrian Bridge
Have you ever met two people and knew right off the bat they were meant for each other? If you have, then it might have been Debon and Ryan! They are two of the coolest, kindest people we’ve ever met and are THRILLED to share these photos. Kevin and I headed out to University Heights, one of the most delicious neighborhoods San Diego has to offer to meet this awesome two some. And no exaggeration on the delicious part, by the way, as some of the yummiest restaurants in town can be found here. But we digress! University Heights also has a hidden park with trails overlooking Mission Valley, where two of the most beautiful trees reside. We all agreed this would be a fantastic place to shoot, and we think you’ll agree. After the park, we made our way to the Harbor Drive Pedestrian Bridge, the newest addition to San Diego’s downtown landmarks. The unique and modern design of the stainless steel suspension bridge is one of a kind; a lot like the love only two people destined for each other understand and know. We can’t wait for Debon and Ryan’s wedding next month!! Enjoy!!

Sylvia + Jimmy: Buena Vista Park and Moonlight State Beach, Encinitas
Let me just say right off the bat, we LOVE Sylvia and Jimmy. They are two of the funniest, sweetest people ever and we are lucky to count them as two of our very wonderful friends. When Jimmy proposed to Sylvia, we were SUPER excited for them, so when they asked us to shoot their wedding our excitement only quadrupled (as if that were possible!). We set the first location of our shoot at the scene of the engagement, Buena Vista Park in the Vista/Carlsbad area. Their engagement story is quite sweet and it was awesome getting to see exactly where the big question was popped. Before the Summer sun set, we went over to Moonlight State Park, where romance was definitely in the air. We are so excited to share these photos with you all, and can’t wait for their wedding in April! Enjoy!!

Gabrielle & Ryan
When you think of romance, do wild animals come to mind? Well they do to us! We had the pleasure (seriously so much FUN!) of shooting Gabrielle and Ryan, one of the cutest couples we’ve ever met, at the world famous San Diego Zoo. When Gabrielle told me Ryan had popped the question at the zoo, I knew we had to set the shoot there! With elephants, polar bears, and plenty of beautiful greenery at our disposal, we truly had a blast. As you can see, we concluded our evening with the fun couple at the always lovely Balboa Park. Enjoy!!
