Can you believe it’s already the end of the year?! I feel like I was just planning my wedding yesterday, and Kevin and I have already been married for 8 months! A lot of amazing stuff has happened this year–getting married (hello!), traveling, buying a brand new car, and undoubtedly, getting to meet and photograph really, REALLY awesome people (YOU!). Kevin and I are very grateful for letting us share such an important part of your lives with us. So, before we get too sappy as we reflect on how fun 2010 has been, we’d like to post our 10 favorite things of 2010!! Oprah Style LOL!
1. THE SWEETBOOTH!
We are so excited about our specialty photo booth. Our Clients have been loving it lately and hope you too get a chance to check it out at your next wedding or event!
2. The iPad
Not only has this been a super fun way to present our photos to clients, it’s also a great way to watch movies, play games (SCRABBLE!), and catch up on your emails–really from the comfort of anywhere! We use the GalleryPro app for iPad.
3. Black Rapid Camera Straps
Definitely the most comfortable camera strap you’ll find on the market. Really easy to attach your camera to the strap and comfortable to wear.
4. Burt’s Bees Rejuvenating Lip Balm with Acai
And you thought the original Burt’s Bees was addictive! This lip balm protects your lips while giving you a soothing Acai taste. My favorite everyday lip product for sure!
6. Lastolite’s Easy Box
The best for speed-lighting on the go. Super compact, folds up into a nice, little ball-like bag it comes with. Pops open and is ready to shoot in a minute. PLUS fantastic light!. I love it.
7. Tabasco’s Smoked Chipotle Sauce
For being people that aren’t into spicy food, we sure do love this sauce! We douse it on our burritos and pig out! It’s really bad how much we love it.
8. The Wyndham Aura Cozumel Resort
We relaxed like never before at this gorgeous adult’s only and all-inclusive resort in Cozumel, Mexico. The staff was beyond courteous and helpful and the food was delicious! Snorkeling in the crystal clear waters amongst the fishes was something we will never forget!
I’ve been taking these upbeat dance classes since August, and it’s definitely always a highlight of my week. These 60 minutes classes are like a non-stop party with the best salsa, merengue, reggaeton and pop music to groove to. And with an average 700 calories burned, you’ll start looking as great as you feel in no time.
10. The Canon 50 mm f/1.2L lens
Our new favorite lens. It’s like it was made special just for the Canon 5D mark II. I could go ON and ON but lets just say it seems to makes every picture even better than I could have imagined.
Wishing you all a fabulous Christmas filled with lots of love and a fantastic and safe New Year’s!
