Andi & Ivan

A cemetery and a suspension bridge. Both locations we had never shot at, but we are excited to have had the opportunity to do so with the very cool Andi and Ivan. Our first location was at the very beautiful Fort Rosecrans Military Cemetery.  When Andi and Ivan told us they wanted a cemetery as the backdrop to their photos, we knew right away Fort Rosecrans would be the spot. Although a cemetery may have a not-so-romantic connotation, this is a particulary gorgeous site with rolling hills, views of the Pacific, and trees straight out of a Jane Austen novel.  For our second location, we headed to the Spruce Street Suspension Bridge, a historic and impressive bridge tucked away in Bankers Hill. This is a particularly special spot for Andi and Ivan, since this is where he proposed to her!  We loved being able to capture their chemistry at a place that has so much meaning to them. And as you can see from the romantic glow in the air, it’s a must-see spot for all those in love, or in like.
xoxo,
Stephanie

OMG! The pictures were wonderful! I have to admit I wasn’t sure about the idea of shots in the cemetary but they are just great! Of course, it doesn’t hurt to photograph such a romantic couple like these two! Loved the kind of smokiness quality of the bridge pictures too. How did you do that?

Who knew a cemetary could be romantic? Awesome photos. I think these are my favorites you guys have done. Again, LOVE the soft and romantic feeling your photos have.

One of the coolest engagement shoots I have ever seen. All of these are amazing.

WOW!
I love this photo shoot.
Beautiful shots.
Amazing ring too!
Where is it from?

I love every shot! What camera do you guys use?
The bridge photos are so freakin cute! The cemetery photos are epic. The top one is perfect on the tree. But i really love the shot were they are walking away down the hill.

Insanely awesome! Each picture is truely a work of art!

I love everything about these photos -the suspension bridge shots are awesome and the military cemetary is amazing. I also love her ring -and the dress of course. Andi has a beautiful smile 🙂

These photographs are beautiful. Excellent work.

Love this photo shoot!! What a good looking couple.

I love the chemistry. I love the art of the photos. I love the tattoos! I don’t love the military cemetery as a “backdrop” unless it’s particularly meaningful to the couple.

Yes, I understand your concern. It does have meaning to the couple. That’s why it was chosen. We made sure to keep respect a priority.
